Update 1 of 1:
Provider Discovery Review Service Specific Record Review (SSRR) tools related to the CDC+ Consultant and Waiver Support Coordinator Review were updated to be used beginning January 1, 2020 have been posted.

Edits include wording updates to the protocol text in Standard #1 and #2 related to the timeframe for the Medicaid Eligibility Worksheet effective 1/1/2020.

To ensure you have the most current version, the footer of each Discovery tool will reflect the date. For example, the 2020_0101 indicates it is the January 2020 version. Please discard earlier versions of the applicable tools with footer dates prior to January 2020.
