Update 1 of 1:

Provider Discovery Review Service Specific Record Review (SSRR) tools related to the CDC Representative Review were updated to be used beginning October 1, 2019 have been posted.

Edits include wording updates to Standard 7 and 8.

To ensure you have the most current version, the footer of each Discovery tool will reflect the date. For example, the 2019_1001 indicates it is the October 2019 version. Please discard earlier versions of the CDC Representative tool with footer dates prior to October 2019.
