Review Tool Updates – October 27, 2026

Updated Provider Discovery Review Tools are now posted.

In alignment with APD’s Provider Advisory #2026-016 and WSC Advisory #2026-012, the standards listed below have been removed and shaded in gray across all review tools. The current standard numbering will remain unchanged. The chart below identifies the applicable standard number for each service tool.

    • The provider maintains accurate Service Authorizations covering services provided and billed during the period under review.
    • Support Coordinator documentation demonstrates Service Authorizations are issued to service provider(s). (Appears on Support Coordination Tool Only)
