March 9, 2026 – Operational Policies and Procedures Manual Update

Revisions to the Operational Policies and Procedures Manual has been posted.

Updates made:

  • Under Acronyms and Terms, page 3, revised the description for  APD iConnect.
  • Under Person Centered Reviews (PCR), Qualified Organization PCR Notification and Scheduling, page 12, added language stating the PCR schedule is submitted in advance, each contract year, at a frequency and on a timeline determined by the Agency for Health Care Administration.
  • Under Provider Discovery Review (PDR) Initial Phone Call/Contact, page 23, added statement to enhance transparency regarding the documents being reviewed in the PDR process.
  • General formatting edits.

To ensure you have the most current version, the footer will reflect the year. Please discard earlier versions of the applicable document with a footer prior to 2026.
