February 6, 2025 – Operational Policies & Procedures Update

Revisions to Operational Policies & Procedures has been posted.

Updates were minor and include:

• Removing “via Secure Share” and replacing with “a secure email”
• Removing “Zoom for Government” and replacing with “a secure web conferencing software”
• Removing “Tampa office” from sentences that read “All requests for Reconsideration Review must be submitted via fax to the Tampa Office Right Fax number located below”

To ensure you have the most current version, the footer will reflect the date. Please discard earlier versions of the applicable document with footer dates prior to February 2025.
