Training Information

Qlarant will host six live webinar training sessions in June 2026. This year’s topic is Strengthening Quality Systems Through Person‑Centered Approaches. We will also review any Qlarant process and tool changes effective July 1, 2026.

Sessions are open to all. Each session will present the same material, allowing attendees to choose the date and time that best fits their schedule.

Each webinar includes 1.5 hours of training content and 30 minutes for questions, for a total of up to 2 hours of training credit if you attend the full session. Please register for only one session.

All sessions will be conducted via Microsoft Teams. We recommend testing your connection and audio before the day of your session, as Qlarant staff cannot provide technical assistance during the webinar.

After registering, check the inbox for the email used to register, including Junk/Spam folders, for a confirmation email from Qlarant‑Florida noreply@corsizio.com. This message will confirm your selected date and time.

Scroll down in the confirmation email to locate the Microsoft Teams link. This is the link you will use to join your training on the scheduled day.

Important: Save or bookmark the confirmation email. It contains your unique link to join the session. Do not share this email with others, as it is tied to your individual registration.

If multiple staff from the same agency plan to attend the same session, each person must register using a different email address. Staff who attend a session without completing registration through Corsizio will not receive a training certificate.

Qlarant will conduct six live webinar training sessions in June 2025. The sessions will address components of Background Screening including, but not limited to the Clearinghouse Roster, Level II Screening requirements, Qlarant Administrative Tool Standards and Qlarant Updates for reviews beginning July 2025.

As background screening is pertinent to all, this training is open to Service Providers, Qualified Organizations and Consumer Directed Care Plus (CDC+) Representatives. The same training will be repeated across the six (6) sessions to give attendees the option to choose the date and time best for them.

There will be 1.5 hours of training material presented and 30 minutes for questions, for a maximum total of 2 hours’ training credit if you attend the entire session. Please register for one session only.

All sessions will be conducted via Zoom webinar. It is recommended that you test your Zoom connection and make sure your audio is working, prior to the day you plan to join the Zoom webinar.  Qlarant staff will not be able to provide technical assistance for connection issues during the webinar.

The same training will be repeated across six sessions to give attendees the option to choose the date and time best for them.  All sessions will be conducted via Zoom webinar.

Sessions will inform Providers about how Quality Assurance Reviewers utilize iConnect in the review process. Presenters will provide an overview of person centered philosophy, person centered review tool standards, as well as a review of lower scoring standards for Qualifications and Training and documentation related to various service tools.

Qlarant will conduct in-person training sessions in May and June 2023 for Qualified Organizations (Waiver Support Coordinators & CDC+ Consultants). This training will be repeated in multiple cities across the state in order to give attendees options to attend the date/location best for them.

Training is for Waiver Support Coordinators and CDC+ Consultants only.

All sessions will be conducted live; there will be no zoom or virtual attendance options available.

Sessions will inform WSC’s about review procedure updates and changes that will take effect July 1, 2023. The training will allow for Q&A to help WSC’s better understand the Review process and will include a review of commonly missed standards and the reason(s) not met.

In Service Hours

• Credit for 2.0 hours of training will be given to registered attendees only.
• You only need to attend one session and will only be given credit for training one time.
• Training will be done across all Regions. Choose date/location best for you, it does not have to be in the Region you work.
