How?<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Provider and the Individuals. Staff is better able to track what\u2019s happening with the person\u2019s goal(s). As skills increase or a new skill is discovered, the staff can use this to motivate the person to continue in a positive direction. Problem areas can be discussed for resolution if they are pin-pointed month by month.
