The agency has a spreadsheet with detailed information about service authorization amounts, as well as limits and claims submitted. Once the remittance vouchers come in, the provider enters that information into the spreadsheet, which allows the agency to see what has been paid and unpaid.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who Benefits? How?<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Agency.
