They\u00a0look forward to the next election.<\/p>\n<p><strong> Who Benefits? How? <\/strong>\u200bThe\u00a0residents have increased their ownership, independence and empowerment. \u00a0They are very excited about the process and are extremely proud of their accomplishments.\u00a0\u00a0For example, when they chose to attend an event the\u00a0treasurer\u00a0researched the cost of the tickets, transportation, food,\u00a0 etc and then brought\u00a0 it back to the group for discussion.
