For example, the 2021_1001 indicates it is the October 1, 2021 version. Please discard earlier versions of the applicable tools with footer dates prior to October 1, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>QO Administrative Edits for version 3 (v3) include the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Under Qualifications and Training &gt; Standard #1 &gt; Not Met Reason #19 \u2013 The (A) indicating reason is associated with an Alert was left off by mistake. This has been corrected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Provider Administrative Edits for version 7 (v7) include the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Standard #46 under Qualifications and Training for Supported Living Coaching omitted the word \u201cnot\u201d for not met reason #1.
